Located on a small plateau at the feet of Kar'Maer heights, Viggial overlooks the calm waters of Mirrorlake, along the Old road that, from Windy Peak, leads to the Sunflowers Hills.

Its inhabitants are not great heroes, nor noble lords, but simple people whom lives of their own daily work, unaware of the great events that disturb the peace of Middle-World...

They're not rich, nor particurarly educated, and each of them carries on the job learned from their fathers, allowing themself very little recreation after long days of labor, and if you should ask a traveler about them he'll respond: "Don't mind them, master, they're just boors!"
